CHAPTER 8. Gender issues of current pensioners.

The current Moldovan pension system is gender asymmetric by many parameters. This chapter deals with some of them, like the sex/age structure of pensioners, differences in the size of pensions for men and women and finally the specifics of employment of men and women of pre-pension and pension age.
